Raising Angel Investment: A Founder's Perspective

Nana Parry

12th August 2020 14:00 - 15:00 BST

Nana Parry has raised over £300,000 in angel investment across ventures from 12 different investors over the years, as well as helping other startups raise angel money too. Like many others, Nana was not in a position to have financial cover when raising, and so had to be very practical and strategic in his method.

Nana is keen to 'pay it forward' and help others make it in their own way now, having raised himself and successfully emerged the other side. He'll be sharing his practical and scientific approach to raising in an upcoming video series, taking you step by step through best practices and ways to approach it, and myth-busting the many common misconceptions there are about raising investment.

lunchtime hangouts

Andy Davis - John Spindler

13th August 2020 12:00 - 13:00 BST

Andy's lunchtime hangouts are startup founders' chance to chat with Andy and each other about raising investment, funding, and any other general issues that have cropped up for you related to COVID or otherwise.

Andy Davis is Investor in Residence at Capital Enterprise, and an Angel Investor at Atomico.
